Our HR department receive your CV and they should inform within one week at the latest whether you have been selected for the first round of our recruitment process.
In the first round you probably meet one of our HR person (Hana or Lenka). We will talk about our company and the position but above all we would like to find out more about you. You will also find out how the whole selection process will look like. TIP: Before interview - try to look at our website and find out something about our company.
If everythig went well in the first round, we will probably invite you to the second round, where you will meet your potencial boss. Maybe he/she will repeat what you already discussed with HR, but it will certainly be time to discuss the position in more detail and answer a few tricky questions.
TIP: If any of the questions seems to be too tricky for you, don’t worry, none of us is perfect, it is enough if you show your willingness to learn.
The most of selection process ends with the second round. But if you have applied for one of the managerial position you will have to pass through one more round. The third round is focused on some practical tasks and your presentation. Our management will be your jury during the last round of recruitment process.
It is also possible that after assesment centre with our management we will send you for psychodiagnostic testing.
